A.R.C. – A Residence of Creation is an interdisciplinary creator-in-residence program founded in August 2022 in Uçhisar, Cappadocia, and supported by TaÅŸkonaklar Hotel.

Rooted in Cappadocia’s natural, cultural, and historical context, A.R.C. hosts artists, designers, writers, craftsmen, chefs, and creators from diverse fields. It supports the development of work and research in dialogue with the region through its landscape, craft traditions, local knowledge, and everyday life.
Since its inception, A.R.C. has hosted more than 30 international artists and creators and established collaborations with institutions such as Ambidexter and Galerie Philia.
Alongside the residency, A.R.C. shares ongoing research and production through exhibitions, publications, events, and the A.R.C. Journal, forming an open digital archive of processes developed in Cappadocia. Through ongoing collaborations with cultural institutions, galleries, creatives, brands, and local producers, it contributes to positioning Cappadocia as a site for international creative exchange and research.
